4. Organize the recognition of suppliers and product entrusted processors, and be responsible for leading price negotiations, contract signing, etc., with them, ensuring the continuous reduction of production costs while increasing output and ensuring quality.
5. Seek and screen supplier resources, evaluate supplier qualifications, develop competitive suppliers, establish good cooperative relationships with suppliers, regularly evaluate suppliers, and improve the supplier evaluation system.
6. Coordinate and allocate various operational resources, and supervise and guide operational situations.
7. Organize and guide the delivery of relevant order goods, ensure the smooth implementation of various logistics tasks, ensure the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of goods already shipped from the warehouse, and track goods information in a timely manner.
8. Properly handle emergencies and disputes in operational scheduling.
9. Complete tasks assigned by superiors on time and with quality, report work progress in a timely manner, and submit written reports when necessary.
