1. Proficient in the design concepts and processes of analog or digital integrated circuits, able to independently or collaboratively complete circuit design;
2. Familiar with simulation tools such as Cadence and Spice, able to optimize and verify circuits;
3. Familiar with testing and application environments, able to perform various failure and fault analyses on their own products;
4. Have a certain understanding of semiconductor processes, capable of selecting processes and optimizing circuits;
5. Participate in the early planning of products, proactively understand and analyze detailed customer requirements;
6. Bachelor’s degree or above, experience is preferred;
7. Major in microelectronics, circuit design, or electronic engineering;
8. Strong learning ability;
9. Good communication skills and teamwork ability.
